My journey mirrors that of many veterinary professionals. Like so many, I knew early on that I wanted to be a veterinarian. That certainty evolved over time, shaped by curiosity, courage, and a willingness to walk through open doors even when doubt was present. Each career inflection point offered something essential: growth, clarity, and perspective.

Trained as a veterinarian and pathologist, my early career was rooted in careful listening, sensing subtle signals, noticing what others might miss, and advocating for those who could not speak for themselves. At first, that calling expressed itself through animals. Over time, it expanded to people.

What became clear was this: people don’t lose their voice loudly, it happens quietly over time. Through self-doubt. Through burnout. Through transitions that outpace our sense of identity. As we grow, the paths we once chose can stop fitting who we’ve become, leaving us unsure of what comes next or afraid of making the wrong move after years of effort and investment. This realization is what drew me toward coaching. Today, I support individuals as they shift perspective, move beyond feeling stuck, and step confidently into careers, leadership, and lives that align with who they are now.
